1. General Principles

1.1 Scope: These terms apply to all international sales of heavy equipment parts, engine components, and related industrial goods through this website. 1.2 Eligibility: By using this site, you confirm that you are conducting business as a legal entity or a professional individual capable of entering into binding contracts under international trade laws.

2. Product Identification & Compatibility

2.1 Reference Policy: All original equipment manufacturer (OEM) names, part numbers, symbols, and descriptions are used solely for cross-reference and identification purposes. CHK Parts does not imply that any part listed is the product of these manufacturers unless specifically stated as "Genuine." 2.2 Buyer’s Responsibility: The Buyer is responsible for ensuring the part number (P/N) matches their specific machine’s serial number (S/N) and configuration. 2.3 No Liability for Mis-selection: CHK Parts shall not be held liable for any mechanical failure or downtime caused by the purchase of an incorrect part if the Buyer provided wrong specifications.

3. Pricing, Payments & Currency

3.1 Currency: All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. 3.2 Price Adjustments: Due to the volatility of raw material costs (e.g., steel, alloys) and international freight, we reserve the right to adjust prices at any time prior to order confirmation. 3.3 Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Wire Transfers (T/T). For large-scale industrial orders, please contact our sales team for Proforma Invoices.

4. International Shipping & Customs (Incoterms)

4.1 Incoterms: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all online sales are conducted on a DAP (Delivered at Place) or Ex-Works basis. 4.2 Import Duties & Taxes: The Buyer is the Importer of Record. All import duties, Value Added Tax (VAT), brokerage fees, and local customs charges in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. 4.3 Customs Delays: CHK Parts is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes or local postal service strikes in the destination country.

5. Return & Refund Policy (Global Orders)

5.1 Return Authorization: No returns will be accepted without a written Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). 5.2 Restocking Fee: For "Order in Error" returns by the Buyer, a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Return shipping costs and original shipping fees are non-refundable. 5.3 Non-Returnable Items: Electrical parts, precision hydraulic components (once installed), and special "Made-to-Order" items are strictly non-returnable. 5.4 Damaged Goods: Claims for shipping damage must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with clear photographic evidence of the packaging and the part.

6. Limited Warranty & Liability

6.1 Warranty Period: Most aftermarket parts carry a 6 to 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Genuine parts are subject to the original manufacturer's warranty policy. 6.2 Limitation of Liability: CHK Parts’ liability is limited strictly to the replacement of the defective part or a refund of the purchase price. We are NOT liable for "Consequential Damages," including but not limited to:

Machine downtime costs.
Labor costs for installation/removal.
Loss of profit or project penalties.

7. Force Majeure

CHK Parts shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, strikes, or global supply chain disruptions.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
